Production Coordinator

As a Production Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting operations and ensuring smooth coordination across departments. Your responsibilities include:

Maintaining, updating, and communicating information across operations and other functions.

Providing support to Operations Managers, Engineering Directors/Managers, and Quality Management as required.

Coordinating projects assigned by the Operations Director (OD).

Collecting and consolidating information for reports across operations and other functions.

Following up on action items from regular operations meetings.

Managing and developing the 6S/FM audit database, reports, and systems as assigned.

Preparing cost-related reports and KPIs for operations.

Creating and updating documentation as needed.

Developing presentations and reports for operations and other functions.

Taking initiative to propose improvements in systems and procedures.

Organizing and managing meetings and conference calls, including logistics such as room reservations, agendas, IT setup, catering, and attendee updates.

Identifying risks or issues in coordinated tasks, proposing solutions, and escalating when necessary.

Performing assigned tasks in a timely and professional manner.

Preparing expense reports and handling routine administrative tasks for the OD.
