R&D Manager

- Lead and manage all R&D activities, including new product development and improvement of existing products.

- Plan, coordinate and monitor R&D projects to ensure timely completion.

- Conduct product trials, testing and evaluation to meet quality, cost and customer requirements.

- Work closely with Production, QA/QC, Purchasing and Sales teams to drive product development and commercialization.

- Develop and maintain product formulations, specifications and technical documentation.

- Ensure products comply with food safety requirements, quality standards, regulations and customer requirements.

- Research market trends, customer needs and competitor products to identify new opportunities for innovation.

- Manage R&D budgets, resources and laboratory equipment.

- Lead, train and develop the R&D team to achieve departmental objectives.

- Assist in resolving product and production process issues and drive continuous improvement.
