Service Advisor

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate customer orders upon arrival at the workshop

Assign jobs to mechanics and monitor repair progress to ensure timely completion

Communicate with customers regarding service status and ensure all complaints are properly addressed

Liaise with the store department to ensure availability of required spare parts

Inspect and verify completed repair work to meet quality standards

Maintain workshop cleanliness, safety, and proper housekeeping practices

Coordinate breakdown service arrangements and support the breakdown team when required

Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

Minimum SPM / Diploma in Automotive, Engineering, or related field

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Proven experience in workshop operations or service coordination is an advantage

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Basic technical knowledge of vehicle repair and maintenance

Responsible, organized, and able to work independently
