Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities include, but are not limited as follows :-

Lead the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team in executing best practices and monitoring performance through established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Develop and drive supply chain strategies to optimize resources, improve operational efficiency, maximize profitability, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Oversee end-to-end supply chain functions including procurement, planning, logistics, warehousing, and inventory control.

Lead the logistics and warehouse teams to determine the most cost-effective distribution solutions for finished goods transportation to customers, and monitor inventory levels across warehouses (including LMW) to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Collaborate with freight forwarders and transportation providers to establish optimal shipping routes and competitive freight rates; review and approve freight terms and agreements.

Negotiate pricing and secure the most advantageous commercial terms for materials, services, and logistics arrangements with vendors and shipping partners.

Review and verify shipping and transportation documentation including shipping notices, bills of lading, invoices, shipment orders, and related records to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Develop, implement, and continuously improve supply chain procedures to enhance operational efficiency while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Provide leadership, guidance, and performance evaluation for SCM team members, ensuring proper resource allocation and effective task execution.

Perform any other duties as assigned by superior or management from time to time.


What we're looking for

At least advanced/higher/graduate diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in engineering field or equivalent.

At least 5 years directly applicable work experience in manufacturing background

Familiar with LMW and the trade with China.

Experienced in lean production management.

Effective communication skills, proficiency in English, Mandarin (Cantonese, Hokkien will be an advantage), and Bahasa Malaysia, and ability to interact with people.

Require strong attention to details, proven and confident decision making with excellent communication skills.

High integrity and responsive to the task assigned from superior.

Solid experience in electronic components, wire harness, and sheet metal sourcing and supply chain management is strongly required.
