Pro Tech Group of Companies commenced its business as a sole proprietorship under “Pro Tech Enterprise” in May 1992 helmed by founder Mr James H. Low Poh Beng . In July 1999, “Pro Tech Enterprise Sdn Bhd” was incorporated as a private limited company under the Companies Act 1965. The company further expanded its business with the incorporation of Pro Tech Heritage Sdn Bhd in January 2011, Pro Tech Thermoline Sdn Bhd in February 2011, Pro Tech Deco Interiors Sdn Bhd in April 2012, and Pro Tech Ventures Sdn Bhd in December 2016. In line with Malaysia’s efforts to become an advanced nation, the construction industry has become one of the important contributors in accomplishing this vision. Our Mission is to become one of the giants in the construction industry by leading and accelerating work quality to be on par with international standards. We believe that this is attainable by embracing our core values of “customer satisfaction, teamwork, integrity, technological advancement, and support for change” across our operations. We trust that our core values gives us a competitive edge against our competitors and enhances long-term business relations with our customers. We started our humble business with only 5 personnel in mid-1992 from a work store in Jelutong, Penang doing mostly road and drainage works. With sheer determination and perseverance, our business have since expanded progressively and sustainably to our current workforce of 60 personnel covering 4 major areas comprising building construction, heritage conservation, interior design and build, and road and drainage works. Throughout the years, we are proud to have successfully completed over 200 projects, many of which were completed with our own capacity and ability. Our proud achievements include amongst others, our restoration of THE UAB Building Bank Building, George Town World Heritage Site which won the PAM AWARDS GOLD 2018 for ‘Building Of The Year’ and ‘Category 5 Adaptive Reuse’, The Edison Hotel colonial mansion in Lebuh Leith, Penang, our numerous heritage restoration works for century-old buildings in the famous George Town World Heritage Sites, as well as our ongoing construction of a 6-storey hospice centre in Jalan Utama, Penang, and 210 units of shop houses in Batu Kawan, Penang.
