Key Responsibilities:
Brand Leadership: Position Five Senses as a market leader in experiential hospitality through creative campaigns, brand storytelling, and consistent messaging across all platforms.

Digital Marketing: Oversee digital channels including the official website, OTAs, social media, email campaigns, paid advertising, and SEO/SEM to maximize reach and direct bookings.

Content Creation: Develop and curate high-quality multimedia content (photos, videos, guest stories) showcasing unique experiences, local partnerships, and the “Five Senses” lifestyle.

Influencer & Partnerships: Identify, engage, and collaborate with travel influencers, local businesses, and tourism boards to amplify brand presence and guest experiences.

Reputation Management: Monitor and respond to guest feedback and online reviews across major platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Google, TripAdvisor, etc.), ensuring a positive digital reputation.

Campaign Management: Plan and execute targeted promotions, referral programs, and membership campaigns to grow bookings and guest loyalty.

Market Analysis: Track competitor activities, guest trends, and booking data to refine marketing strategies and identify new growth opportunities.

OTA Optimization: Work closely with the operations and revenue team to ensure optimal listing presentation, pricing, and promotions on all online travel agencies.

Guest Engagement: Drive pre-stay and post-stay communications that enhance the guest journey and encourage repeat bookings.

Budgeting & ROI: Manage marketing budgets, negotiate with vendors/partners, and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI to management.

Team Collaboration: Liaise with sales, operations, design, and IT to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and a cohesive guest experience.

Innovation: Stay current with the latest hospitality marketing trends, digital tools, and guest engagement strategies, continuously testing new ideas to drive results.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or related field.

At least 3 years’ experience in hospitality or digital marketing, preferably with a focus on lifestyle or experiential brands.

Strong knowledge of OTA platforms, digital advertising, social media, and influencer marketing.

Creative, resourceful, and passionate about guest experience and brand building.

Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.

Experience with content management systems, analytics tools, and basic design software is a plus.

Results-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
