Requirements

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Familiar with AutoCount accounting system
Solid understanding of AP processes and banking procedures
Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and time management
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills
Able to work independently, under pressure, and in a team
Fast learner with a positive attitude
Strong sense of ethics and ability to handle confidential data
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities

Manage full Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process
Process & ensure timely payments (vendors, staff claims, urgent payments)
Post transactions accurately for financial reporting
Handle vendor emails & support internal teams
Perform supplier statement reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
Update daily bank transactions and perform bank reconciliations
Submit bank balances bi-weekly to management
Compile banking documents & liaise with banks/payment providers
Assist in monthly/year-end closing and audits etc
