Responsibilities:
Team Leadership
Assist the IT Manager in leading the IT support team.
Work with regional and country IT teams to address issues related to MDM, MDP, BPM, ERP, OSM, WMS, CRM, SAP, VPN, and more group systems.
Provide guidance and ensure tasks align with organizational goals.
Project Support
Oversee the execution of IT projects, ensuring milestones are met.
Report progress to the IT Manager.
Technical Support
Manage day-to-day IT support operations, including:
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
Providing technical support across the company.
Setting up accounts for new users.
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
Testing new technology.
Troubleshooting issues with networks, POS, and all computer equipment.
Maintaining email hosting.
Store Operations
Set up POS systems for new stores and ensure they run smoothly.
Troubleshoot network, POS, and other IT equipment problems.
Ensure the successful IT setup for new store openings, including POS, internet, phone, email, CCTV, and other IT-related setups.
Training and Development
Organize training sessions for team members to enhance their technical skills.
Provide training for new office staff and POS training for frontliner sales staff.
Stay updated with the latest technologies.
Resource Management
Monitor and allocate IT resources effectively to meet project and operational needs.
Policy Implementation
Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.
Assist in updating documentation as needed.
Stakeholder Communication
Act as a point of contact between the IT department and other departments.
Ensure smooth communication and address IT-related queries.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of working experience. Experience in retail industry would be added advantage.
Detail-oriented, with strong execution skills, initiative, and self-motivation.
A result-oriented and good team player.
Able to travel
