Role Description

The Service Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting Service Consultants in Australia by managing the administration and onboarding process for contractors placed with clients. You will ensure all pre-start, during assignment, and post-assignment requirements are efficiently completed, helping to deliver a seamless experience for both clients and contractors.

Principle Accountabilities:

Coordinate and manage pre-start requirements, including booking medicals, police checks, and travel arrangements.

Prepare employment contracts and associated documents for contractors.

Work with Service Consultants to ensure that all contracts are extended before their end date.

Document and update any rate changes in the system.

Prepare end-of-assignment documentation when the contractor’s role concludes.

Collaborate with Service Consultants and the Service Manager to understand and fulfill the needs of clients and contractors.

Ensure timely completion of all tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer service.

Assist with internal and client-facing reporting requirements.

Support auditing processes to ensure compliance and accurate record-keeping.

Provide ongoing administrative support to the Service Consultants, ensuring smooth operational flow.

Maintain up-to-date records in the system, ensuring all data is accurate and timely.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship building skills.

Excellent Microsoft skills, in particular Word & Excel, and CRM experience.

Very organised, adept in time management and can demonstrate structure in thinking.

Ability to understand and deliver to business processes and needs.

Excellent attention to detail.

Flexible attitude and ability to multitask to service.

Ability to document and deliver complex business processes.

Able to work independently whilst managing competing priorities.

Applicants with previous experience in the recruitment industry will be held in high regard.
