Requirements

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant HR working experience
Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
Familiar with HRMS systems is an advantage
Required skills: Recruitment, Employee Relations, Labor Law Compliance, Onboarding, Performance Management, Compliance, Training and Development, HR Information Systems, HR Policies and Procedures, Conflict Resolution, Strategic Planning
Good understanding of Malaysia Labour Law & statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, etc.)
Strong communication, interpersonal & organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

‍ Recruitment & Onboarding

Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Coordinate interview arrangements with hiring managers
Prepare job offers, employment contracts, and onboarding kits
Conduct new employee orientations
HR Administration

Maintain and update employee records and HR system
Process new hires, transfers, resignations, and terminations
Prepare HR-related letters, memos, and official documents
Payroll & Attendance

Collate attendance and OT records for payroll processing
Coordinate with Finance/Payroll vendor to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement
Manage leave, medical claims, and staff benefits
Employee Engagement & Relations

Support employee engagement activities, events, and surveys
Assist in handling grievances, counseling, or disciplinary matters
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Compliance & Reporting

Ensure adherence to labour laws and company policies
Assist with audits and HR reporting (headcount, turnover, etc.)
