Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
Hands-on experience with network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
Proficiency in network design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
Experience with network security principles and best practices, including firewall management and VPN configuration.
Ability to develop and maintain comprehensive network documentation.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to work onsite in Seri Kembangan, Malaysia.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain the company's network infrastructure, including LANs, WANs, and wireless networks, ensuring optimal performance and security.
Configure and manage network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls (e.g., Synology), and VPNs to ensure secure and reliable network connectivity.
Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewall rules, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and VPN configurations, to protect the company's data and systems from unauthorized access.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues, using network monitoring tools and techniques, to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
Develop and maintain comprehensive network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and procedures, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information for network management and troubleshooting.
Plan and execute network upgrades and expansions, including hardware and software updates, to ensure the network infrastructure meets the company's growing needs.
Develop and implement disaster recovery plans for network systems, including backup and recovery procedures, to ensure business continuity in the event of a disaster.
Provide technical support and training to end-users on network-related issues, including network access, VPN connectivity, and network security best practices.
