Requirements

Job Overview
We are looking for an Senior Executive to independently manage sourcing, vendor
relationships, and procurement strategies while ensuring compliance and cost efficiency. This
role reports directly to the Finance Manager and CFO, requiring strong analytical skills,
negotiation expertise, and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for
keying in stock into the POS system upon receiving goods from suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost and efficiency.
Source and evaluate suppliers, ensuring quality, reliability, and competitive pricing.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure favorable terms.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement planning with relevant departments.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
Manage vendor relationships, conducting performance evaluations and risk assessments.
Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
Collaborate with finance and operations teams to align procurement with business objectives.
Prepare procurement reports for the Finance Manager and CFO, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
Key in stock into the POS system upon receiving goods from suppliers, ensuring accurate inventory tracking.
Support the development of SOPs for procurement workflows and vendor management.
