Requirements
-Fluet in Mandarin, Basic English and Malay(both spoken and written)
-Possess at least diploma or degree in Human Resource Management or relevant fields
-At least 3 years of Human Resource Management or related experience
-Have knowledge in Employment Act and other relevant Government Statutory Act
-Experience in monthly payroll processing
-Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
-Positive attitude, responsible character and good communication skills
-Perform responsibilities without supervision
-Able to learn new skills and acquire knowledge fast
-Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word & Excel for preparing HR documents and time management, leave and attendance spreadsheet

Responsibilities
-Process payroll information and compute pay and benefit entitlements for employees
-Maintaining records of employee attendance, leave and overtime
-Responsible to generate and prepare timely submission of statutory contributions of EPF, Socso and PCB
-Responsible for recruitment and interviews, selecting outstanding talents.
-Maintain and update employees personal information in employee file.
-Handle employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
-To prepare and compile documents for timely submission to the Management and the relevant government authorities
-To assist in handling of foreign worker issues including work permit application, renewal, and termination;
-Handle other office administrative matters to ensure smooth office operations.
