Requirements
-Diploma or Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
-Minimum 7 years of proven sales experience in the travel or hotel industry - preferably within a Destination Management Company (DMC) or travel agency.
-Strong professional network within the travel agent community is an advantage.
-Demonstrated success in business development, client management, and achieving sales targets.
-Solid understanding of travel operations and destination management processes.
-Experience working with multinational or foreign organizations is highly desirable.
-Self-motivated, mature, and capable of working independently under pressure.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Mandarin.

Responsibilities
-Oversee and execute tour operations in alignment with agent and customer requirements for worldwide destinations.
-Drive business development efforts to expand the client base and achieve or exceed sales targets.
-Build and maintain a robust client database by identifying new prospects and strengthening existing relationships.
-Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations to the Country Manager.
-Develop destination marketing materials highlighting unique selling points for clients and internal sales teams.
-Promote and upsell travel itineraries, activities, and destination experiences.
-Conduct pre- and post-season reviews to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities.
-Evaluate proposed itineraries for feasibility, profitability, and margin optimization.
-Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and site inspections.
-Resolve client issues and service-related matters promptly and professionally.
-Support management with strategic projects and special assignments as required.
