Roles & Responsibility:

-Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

-Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including email, phone, and Live Chat.

-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.

-Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction.

-Analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

-Good command of English both spoken and written, with Mandarin being an added advantage.
