Job Description

Job Descriptions:

-Assist in establishing the infrastructure for pension administration.

-Design and implement the operational framework for the ePension digital platform.

-Ensure all operational activities align with relevant regulations and guidelines.

-Collaborate with both external and internal project owners and stakeholders to guarantee the delivery of high-quality results.

-Oversee daily operations to maintain efficiency by closely monitoring workflow processes.

-Track process productivity to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.

-Ensure the team consistently delivers high-quality service by meeting established SLAs.

-Provide guidance and coaching to team members on technical skills.

-Regularly update the team, ensuring they are informed of individual and departmental performance goals and achievements.

Requirements:

-At least 3 years of experience in operations is required.

-Minimum of 1 year in a managerial role.

-Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

-Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.

-Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin/Cantonese to effectively communicate with Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking internal or external parties.

-Process diploma or degree in Finance and Banking related field.

-Willingness to work on Malaysia public holidays, following the Hong Kong public holiday schedule.

-5.5-day work week: Monday to Friday (full day) and Saturdays (half day).

-100% work in office. Able to work on shift arrangement.
