Job Description:

-Support in transforming Hong Kong Pension market to e-channel processes.

-Engagement in daily BAU processing specifications, documentation, and project deliverable.

-Assist in managing and maintaining an up-to-date case list, ensuring accurate status tracking and timely follow-ups.

-Responsible for arranging and sending acknowledgment emails for incoming cases and preparing interim or follow-up responses as required.

-Assist in investigating and verifying data related to assigned tasks. This may include reviewing documents, conducting research, and ensuring data accuracy.

-Analyze and study individual cases, helping to categorize them according to predefined criteria to ensure effective management and resolution.

-Assist in the preparation of case reports, summarizing key findings, status updates, and any other relevant information as requested.

-Work closely with the team to ensure seamless communication and efficient handling of cases.

-Provide general administrative support as needed, including maintaining electronic records etc.

Job Requirements:

-Candidate must possess or is currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.

-Competent in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Power Point.

-Good command of English and Mandarin, both spoken and written. We seek English and Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to effectively communicate with internal or external parties.

-Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

-Willing to work on Malaysia Public Holidays.
