Key Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation, cooking, and plating according to recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas.
- Ensure all kitchen tools, utensils, and equipment are cleaned and properly stored.
- Support chefs and cooks during busy service hours.
- Refill ingredients, monitor stock levels, and assist in inventory control.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times.
- Handle kitchen waste responsibly and keep workstations organized.
- Assist in opening and closing duties for the kitchen.
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
