Job Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
Design Focus:
-Creates compelling graphic design, digital design and overall user experiences that are visually engaging and on-brand to drive client, claimant, and colleague engagement.
-Delivers design projects and initiatives to deliver on-brand solutions that are based on best practices and meets the needs of the timeline requirements for international marketing partners.
-Designs content for digital experiences including website, landing page updates, digital banners, events, webinars, email, and social to support product solutions and experience
-Designs and lays out promotional collateral including brochures, flyers, corporate and product presentations to help with sales RFPs.
-Prepares technical and conceptual graphics, charts and infographics for use in web experiences, brochures, fliers, presentations and proposals.
-Develops and presents original, strategic concepts to manager, marketing partners, business stakeholders, and marketing leadership.
Video Focus:
-Edit and animate short- and long-form videos for marketing campaigns, social media, product explainers, internal communications, events, customer and leadership testimonials and branded content.
-Collaborate closely with creative directors, producers, designers, and copywriters to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
-Develop and maintain motion graphics toolkits and reusable animation assets.
-Handle multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail and quality.
QUALIFICATIONS
-5–7 years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics within an in-house brand team, creative agency, or production studio.
-Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, and supporting tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition).
-Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and rhythm across formats and channels (social, digital, broadcast).
-Experience working with brand guidelines, typography, and graphic systems in animation.
-Basic knowledge of color grading and audio mixing.
-Bonus: Familiarity with 3D animation tools (Cinema 4D, Blender) or VFX integration.
-Interest in AI content creation through video based platform tools (not required as experience but will be trained once joined)
-Experience with localization/versioning for global markets.
-Understanding of performance-driven content for platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
-Ability to direct or shoot digital video content (camera/lighting knowledge) is a plus but not required
-Working knowledge of DAM systems and workflow tools like Frame.io, or Wrike.
-Highly PC literate and/or MAC understanding, including Microsoft Office products and understanding and experience in online project management software i.e. Workfront, Asana, Monday.com, (Sedgwick currently using Wrike)
-People person who can handle high volume and complex assignments and comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and receiving feedback from multiple stakeholders and leadership.
-Strong organizational and communication skills.
-Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities and ability to work in a fast paced, team environment.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in video animation and graphic design, from an accredited college or university preferred.
