Job Description
1. Fully responsible for the full chain operation of TikTok Shop store, including store building, product listing optimization (title/detail page/tag SEO), inventory docking, independent development of sales strategies, and striving for GMV growth targets;
2. Lead content operation, plan short video topics and scripts that meet the preferences of overseas users, optimize completion rate and interaction rate, combine platform algorithms and hot topics to enhance account exposure, and help product conversion;
3. Responsible for the entire process of TikTok Ads advertising placement, developing placement strategies, optimizing audience targeting and advertising materials, monitoring core data such as CTR, CVR, ROI, etc., reducing customer acquisition costs, and improving placement effectiveness;
4. Explore and connect with high-quality overseas influencers, build a influencer resource library, negotiate cooperation models and revenue sharing details, follow up on sales data review, establish long-term stable cooperation mechanisms, and leverage influencer traffic to ignite products;
5. Track platform rules, policy iterations, and competitor dynamics, analyze user behavior and market trends, adjust operational strategies in a timely manner, avoid risks, and seize market dividends.
Job requirements:
1-3 years of independent operation experience in TikTok e-commerce, with clear practical cases of creating popular products, starting store accounts, or GMV growth (verifiable), familiar with core overseas markets such as Southeast Asia/Europe and America is preferred;
2. Proficient in TikTok platform rules, algorithm logic, and e-commerce ecology, proficient in operating store backend, advertising delivery systems, and data analysis tools, and able to optimize operations through data-driven approaches;
3. Possess the ability to plan or edit short video content, accurately grasp the preferences of overseas users, understand product selection logic and event planning, and independently implement promotional activities (limited time discounts, full discounts, etc.);
