Assist in processing invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and on time.
Maintain records of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Follow up on outstanding payments from clients or suppliers.
Record financial transactions in accounting software and maintain accurate ledgers.
Assist in reconciling bank statements, supplier statements, and internal records.
Ensure all financial documents are filed and stored correctly.
Prepare basic financial reports and summaries for management review.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Support preparation of audit schedules and compliance documentation.
Help process staff claims, reimbursements, and petty cash.
Support Payment preparation under guidance from Finance Manager or Executive.
Liaise with internal departments and suppliers regarding financial matters.
Assist with other ad-hoc accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Bukku, SQL-based systems).
Good numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.
Detail-oriented and able to work with accuracy under supervision.
Good communication skills for liaising with staff, suppliers, and management.
Previous experience in accounting or finance is an advantage but not mandatory for fresh graduates.
