Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand & Creative Design
-Build and maintain brand identity systems — from logos, typography, and social templates to event branding and visual guidelines.
-Design campaign materials such as social media posts, infographics, digital ads, and motion-based visuals.
-Work closely with internal stakeholders to bring creative ideas to life through storytelling and design.
2. Campaign & Community Support
-Design visuals for community activations, partnership events, and brand experiences.
-Support digital launches and event campaigns with creative design packs and visual strategies.
-Translate complex Web3 or tech concepts into simple, engaging visual stories.
3. Content & Production
-Produce short-form visual content (static and motion) for Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and other channels.
-Edit videos and animations to match each brand’s tone and purpose.
-Ensure consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail in every creative output.
4. Collaboration & Execution
-Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of all creative materials.
-Manage design timelines and adapt priorities based on campaign or client needs.
-Contribute creative input during brainstorming sessions for campaigns and product storytelling.
What You’ll Do
-Own visual and motion projects from concept to final delivery
-Design bold static visuals and short-form videos for social, campaigns, and events
-Translate Web3 / tech concepts into clear, engaging visual stories
-Handle video editing, motion graphics, and animations independently
-Manage your own timelines and deliver consistently
-Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and project teams
Must-Haves Skills
-Strong hands-on experience in both graphic design and motion/video production
-Ability to work independently and deliver projects end-to-end, from brief to final output, with minimal supervision.
-Advanced Canva Pro skills, with strong sense of layout, composition, visual hierarchy, and typography.
-Strong command of short-form video production, motion graphics, and video editing.
-Strong visual storytelling instincts, with the ability to simplify complex Web3 or tech concepts into engaging visuals.
-Excellent time management and ownership mindset, able to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines independently.
Nice-to-Haves
-Experience working with Web3, publishing, or creator-led brands.
-Familiarity with AI visual tools such as RunwayML or Midjourney.
-Comfort shaping creative strategy, tone, or narrative concepts.
Requirements
-Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
-Proficiency in design and motion software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent tools.
-Minimum 3–5 years of experience in design or creative content production.
-Proven experience in graphic design and motion design (portfolio required).
-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in English and Mandarin are required; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
-Strong time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
-Passion for creativity, innovation, and storytelling.
