What you'll be doing
-Assist the Purchasing Manager in the procurement of goods and services
-Place purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely fulfilment
-Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities
-Liaise with suppliers and negotiate favourable terms
-Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and other purchasing-related documentation
-Provide administrative support to the Purchasing department as needed

What we're looking for
-Fresh graduate or entry-level experience in a purchasing or administrative role
-Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in Mandarin and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
-Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
-Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Interest in the field of purchasing and supply chain management
