Job Description
⭐OBJECTIVE:
To ensure the company operates smoothly, compliantly, and efficiently by owning the Finance and Administration functions. This role focuses on operational execution, financial accuracy, and administrative discipline to support business stability and growth.
💼Job Requirements
1. Finance & Accounting
Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date financial records.
Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll coordination, and cash flow.- Track budgets, expenses, and cost controls.
Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and tax agents to ensure timely submissions and compliance.
Maintain and improve internal finance processes and controls.
2. Administration & Compliance
Liaise with company secretaries, regulatory bodies, and external service providers.
Handle company registrations, licenses, renewals, and statutory filings.
Manage company documentation, contracts, and record-keeping.
Oversee office administration, vendor management, and service contracts.
Organise and run quarterly company administrative or operational events.
Ensure administrative processes are orderly, compliant, and scalable.
Handle ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as required.
3. Human Resources (People Department)
Manage HR policies, payroll, and employee benefits.
Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
Monitor employee performance and create development plans to enhance productivity and engagement.
4. Leadership & Operational Support
Provide structured updates on financial status, cash flow, and compliance matters.
Anticipate operational risks and escalate issues early with solutions.
Support leaders with reliable financial and administrative execution.
Improve workflows, documentation, and operational efficiency.
💼Requirements
Senior Executive: 1 year of finance or accounting experience
Assistant Manager: 3 years of finance or accounting experience
Reliability, adaptability & flexibility: Comfortable handling both Finance and Administration responsibilities, including routine and compliance-related tasks.
Strong attention to detail, ownership, and follow-through.
Organized, structured, and able to work independently.
