Procurement Executive (Fresh Graduate)

Key Responsibilities
-Prepare and manage tender documents, quotations, and ePerolehan submissions.
-Verify document accuracy and ensure compliance before deadlines.
-Update and track tender status in Excel.
-Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams.
-Monitor contract execution and ensure compliance.
-Ensure all supporting documents are complete and accurate.
-Assist in improving procurement and tender processes.

Requirements
-Minimum SPM with Grade A in Mathematics or Additional Mathematics.
-Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field is an advantage.
-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
-Experience in procurement, purchasing, or tender management is an added advantage.
-Good communication skills in Malay and English.
-Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
