Mechanical Technician

Perform daily fixtures and machines preventative maintenance activities in mechanical related issues to support production for desirable results.

Ensures smooth functions of machineries and equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, hydraulic, conveyor systems, and production machines.

Monitor and control equipment efficiency & capability to achieve desirable quality and target.

Be proactive to conduct periodic safety inspection and audit on the machine and equipment condition to ensure no downtime to daily production output.

Root cause finding, corrective & preventive action to reduce machine down time.

Establishes systems/guidance in sustaining and improving all equipment performance indices to meet operations goals.

Perform shift duties to support the running of Production in Module and ensure equipment readiness and worthiness for production when requested.

Support other maintenance and improvement projects as needed.
