Marketing Assistant

Requirements

. Diploma or above in Marketing, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Mass Communication, or related field
. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
. Must have passion, positive energy, and willingness to learn
. Basic ability to design posters or promotional visuals using Canva or related software
. Interested in social media, content creation, TikTok, Facebook, or online marketing
. Able to create simple videos, reels, or promotional content is an advantage
. Responsible, hardworking, and willing to try new things
. Able to work in a fast-moving environment
. Good communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

. Design simple posters, promotional visuals, and marketing materials
. Create simple videos, TikTok content, reels, and social media postings
. Assist in managing company Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Shopee, and Lazada
. Upload and update products, pricing, and promotional information
. Assist in festive promotions, marketing campaigns, and branding activities
. Take simple product photos and videos for promotional use
. Monitor customer messages, comments, and online inquiries professionally
. Support sales and operation teams in marketing activities
. Complete marketing tasks and postings on time
. Assist management in ad hoc marketing and promotional tasks
