Marketing & Sales Assistant

Requirements

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Sales Assistant to support our Marketing & Sales team in daily operations. You will assist with client communication, paperwork preparation, follow-ups and coordination tasks related to event planning and decoration. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude and a passion for the events industry.

Requirements:

SPM qualification or equivalent
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Experience in sales, customer service, or admin support roles is preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English & Mandarin preferred)
Required skills: Event Planning, Marketing Strategy, Market Research
Interest in the event/wedding industry and a willingness to learn
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills, willing to learn, responsible and ability to multitask
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours during event periods
Responsibilities

Assist in preparing quotations, proposals and sales-related documents
Follow up with clients on payments, confirmation details, or required information
Follow up with clients via call and WhatsApp
Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, invoice preparation and scheduling
Help maintain records and update client details
Support sales team in communication, scheduling and coordination tasks
Assist with research or pricing for event items
Occasionally help during client meetings or on-site work
Provide basic customer service and post-event follow-up
