About the Role
Are you a fitness enthusiast with a talent for sales and a presence on social media? Level Up
Fitness is expanding! We are looking for a dynamic Membership Consultants and Customer
Service Administrator to launch our brand-new Premium outlet in Paradigm Mall, Petaling
Jaya.
Whether you are a strategic leader capable of managing a team or a high-energy "closer" who
loves meeting new people at roadshows, we want to hear from you. You will be the face of our
Premium brand, driving awareness both on the ground and across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
For Membership Consultants (Sales & Outreach):
Direct Sales: Drive membership sign-ups through active prospecting and professional club
tours.
Roadshows & Events: Represent Level Up Fitness roadshows and external community
events.
Lead Nurturing: Follow up diligently on all inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, online and email
to convert interest into memberships.
Digital Presence: Actively use Facebook and Instagram to engage with the local PJ
community, showcasing the Premium facilities and lifestyle of the gym.
