Quality Assurance Executive (Fresh Graduate)

Job Responsibilities:

Execute and implement all relevant processes based on documented requirements in the Quality Management System (QMS), improve the overall performance, provide sound basis of sustainable development and value initiatives for organization.

Monitor all in-house systems and procedures and make sure they are updated, revise, modify and demonstrate conformity to the management systems and external certification bodies.

Ensure that all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy all customer requirements and audits.

Revise, review, verify, control and protect all the Document and Record.

Responsible for the proper distribution of approved Document and Record to relevant Document holders.

Responsible for the proper retrieval and disposal of obsolete document and record.

To ensure all measuring equipment are being verified and calibrated according to schedule by process owner with up to date Master List and continuously monitored.

To create and maintain training Schedule/Matrix & Training Materials Master List related with QA department and ensure all training being conducted on timely basis and training evaluation being maintain continuous monitored.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Food Technology/ Food Science or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years of working experience in food / beverage industry. Candidate from poultry or meat processing industry will have an added advantage.

This position based at Sitiawan, Perak.
