Sales And Marketing Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Requirements
-Prior sales experience in either PCB Assembly (EMS) or Digital Door Lock market.
-At least a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Electronics, or any other relevant field.
-Able to converse fluently in English and Mandarin.
-Independent and detail-oriented, proactive and result-oriented, with initiative and a pleasant personality.
-Strong interpersonal skills.
-Skills Required: Sales and Lead Generation.

Responsibilities
-Implement sales strategies to develop and establish a new customer base for the company's new products, including PCBA and burn-in boards.
-Responsible for sales growth and management of existing customers.
-Collaborate closely with R&D engineers to improve quality and productivity.
-Generate costing, prepare quotations, and follow up with customers to secure orders.
