Senior Executive, Architectural Design

Your role and responsibilities:

To produce presentation materials, slides, 3Ds and Photoshops.

To produce Building Plan (BP) submissions, Tender and Construction drawings, compilation of materials and finishes.

To follow up on authority submission approval status.

To prepare Minutes of Meetings, Progress Report, specifications and timeline.

To implement the Master Plan for the development project and ensure that the process is consultative with vital perspectives on customer, cost and time.

To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.

To be eligible for this role, you will require:

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture / LAM Part II or equivalent

At least 3 years of working experience in architectural design.

Experienced in township development and/or high-rise project.
