The Role
Ø Take a lead role in identifying, developing our capabilities within our APAC practice
Ø Lead the development of Value Propositions that exploit emerging and established technologies (e.g., Digital, Data Management, Cloud, Artificial Intelligence) to solve our clients operational and strategic challenges.
Ø Either anchor or play significant delivery leadership role on 1-2 target Energy accounts
Ø Work alone and/or lead medium and/or large teams split across multiple geographies
Ø Develop provocative points of view and thought leadership and advise clients on technology issues
Ø Develop Market Offerings and lead medium and large Sales Pursuits
Ø Lead the creation of client proposal for consulting and/or transformation engagements
Requirements
About You
We are looking for a Senior Principal in our Energy practice with experience in:
Ø 10+ Years’ Experience in Technology transformation and Consulting primarily in Oil & Gas
Ø Successful Business Development history including exposure to each of the various aspects of a typical sales cycle
Ø Able to provide direction and coordination across the various aspects of small, medium and large strategy creation and innovation delivery engagements
Ø Knowledge of emerging technologies, such as Digital, Mobile, IoT, Analytics & AI
Ø Demonstrable ability to develop consulting IP and Market Offerings
Ø Experience working with an offshore delivery partner highly desirable
Ø Extensive business experience in two or more areas:
o Downstream Oil & Gas
o Business to Business (B2B) and Lubricants

Ø Able to audit existing ecosystem and suggest strategies for operational efficiency and thought leadership
Ø A self-starter, able to lead workshops, work in matrix team structure and assume front end roles at client location
