Shop Supervisor

Requirements
-Possess a Diploma in any field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for this entry-level Shop Supervisor position.
-Demonstrate strong leadership skills to effectively guide and motivate a team of shop staff in achieving sales targets and maintaining operational efficiency.
-Exhibit excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to interact with customers, colleagues, and suppliers effectively.
-Display problem-solving abilities to address customer complaints, resolve operational issues, and implement solutions to improve shop performance.
-Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks, schedule staff, and ensure smooth shop operations, particularly during peak hours.
-Resolve conflicts effectively among staff members or between staff and customers, maintaining a positive and professional shop environment.
-Oversee daily shop operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of the shop floor.
-Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain a consistent standard of service across all areas of the shop.

-Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, including safety regulations, cash handling protocols, and loss prevention measures, to maintain a secure and compliant environment.
-Maintain shop cleanliness and visual appeal, ensuring that merchandise is displayed attractively and that the shop environment is welcoming and organized.
