Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in managerial role in retail or hypermarket operations.

Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills.

Good understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and financial performance.
