Problem solving and analytical skills.

Proficient MS skills

Customer / Client facing experience preferred

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution

5 - 7 years of experience in a BPO environment preferably Retail/CPG Industry

Good leadership skills to manage a team
