Our Company was incorporated in Malaysia on 5 September 2008 as a private limited company and was subsequently converted to a public company on 26 March 2010. Our Company was listed on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 6 October 2016 and was subsequently transferred to the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 19 December 2018. Our Group is principally involved in the operations of integrated public transportation terminal and the provision of public bus services. Our Group is also involved in the petrol sales business with the operations of several petrol stations in Ipoh, Lahat and Kuala Kangsar, Perak.
