Mutiara Perlis was founded in January 2018 by Mutiara Infra Sdn Bhd & Menteri Besar Inc. (Perlis) The combination of local Malaysian entrepreneurs at Mutiara Infra Sdn Bhd & State of Perlis strategic investment arm, MBI, is an example of longstanding Malaysian Inc. spirit & PPP (Public Private Partnership) where private sector & public sector combined to achieve greater heights. In our case it is to harness Perlis geostrategic potential of being the Northern-most State in Peninsula Malaysia, bordering the Kingdom of Thailand to the North & world renowned 99 Islands of Langkawi to the sea. We are focusing on maritime and rail outreach, as Perlis aspire to reach out beyond its borders to develop its local economy & improve its social wellbeing while at the same time helping the nation in its quest to strengthen its regional logistical gateway credentials in Asia on all fronts.
