Established in 1996 and formerly known as Aerospace Composites Malaysia (ACM), the company became a 100% Boeing-owned entity in 2023, reflecting its strategic importance to the global aerospace supply chain.
Located in Kedah, the facility specializes in the Manufacturing of Advanced Composite Products and Sub-assemblies for all of Boeing’s commercial airplane models, including the 737 MAX, 777X, and the 787 Dreamliner. The plant produces critical flight control surfaces such as ailerons, spoilers, and leading-edge panels using cutting-edge carbon fiber and honeycomb sandwich technologies. As a key driver of Malaysia’s "National Aerospace Blueprint," Boeing Composites Malaysia integrates high-precision engineering with lean manufacturing principles, ensuring that components meet the most stringent safety and quality standards in the aviation industry.
