Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support & Administration
o Assist the Sales Team with daily administrative tasks and documentation.
o Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order processing.

2. Customer Communication
o Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner.
o Prepare and send official emails, quotations, and follow-ups to customers.
o Maintain strong customer relationships through consistent and proactive communication.

3. Order & Data Management
o Maintain accurate records of customer data, sales transactions, and correspondence.
o Update and manage the sales database and filing systems (physical and digital).

4. Follow-Up Activities
o Follow up with customers on outstanding quotations, payments, and delivery schedules.
o Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery of goods.

5. Social Media Management
o Manage and update the company’s social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
o Create and schedule posts for promotions, product highlights, and company updates.
o Monitor and respond to customer inquiries or messages on social media.
o Assist in increasing brand visibility and engagement through basic digital content.

6. General Office Duties
o Support general office and sales team operations as required.
o Assist with sales reports and other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Sales Manager or management.

Job Requirements:

1. Education: Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
2. Experience: 1–2 years of experience in administrative or sales support roles preferred (fresh graduates may be considered).
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
4. Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
5. Strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
6. Language: Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
7. Others: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
