Requirements

Candidate must possess at least one (1) year of experience.

Pro-active, responsible, initiative and good working attitude.

Good communication, computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and also with ability to communicate with team members.



Responsibility

To assist in daily office administrative task which includes documentation, filing, correspondence & following up on pending matters.

To assist office in data entry and other related documentations.

Support other departments: onboarding tasks, HR-related documentation, liaising between teams.

To assist in general administrative functions and ad-hoc assignments.

To assist management on the purchasing paperwork and processes as required.

Monitoring inventory for stock replenish.
