About the Role
We are seeking a talented and innovative Creative Content Specialist/designer to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our brand’s visual identity across digital platforms by creating compelling photo/video content and driving engagement through data-informed creative strategies. The ideal candidate possesses a keen eye for design trends, mastery of visual storytelling, and a proven ability to translate campaign objectives into "thumb-stopping" social content.

Key Responsibilities
Design & Produce Engaging Visuals: Create high-impact graphics, photographs, and short-form videos optimized for social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

Campaign Execution: Understand campaign hooks and objectives to develop visually cohesive content that drives reach, engagement, and conversions.

Content Ideation: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and conceptualize fresh, trend-aligned ideas for social content.

Asset Management: Shoot, edit, and retouch photo/video content maintaining brand consistency and quality.

Platform Optimization: Adapt visuals to platform-specific best practices (formats, dimensions, trends).

Performance Analysis: Use metrics to refine visual strategies and maximize content resonance.

Required Qualifications
Portfolio demonstrating expertise in social media design, photography, and video editing.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom) and/or Figma.

Understanding of social media algorithms, visual trends, and audience behaviors.

Ability to dissect campaign briefs and transform hooks into compelling visuals.

Experience creating content for organic and paid social campaigns.

Excellent time management and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Fluent English (written/spoken) with ability to articulate creative decisions.
