Working Days & Hours: Monday - Friday 10am to 6pm, Saturday 10am to 4pm
Work Location: Kechara Food Bank, Setapak, KL
Open to Malaysians only
Salary: RM2500 - RM3000 per month

Qualifications

A diploma in business administration, facility management, or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory.
At least 2 years of experience in Administration is preferred
Proficiency in the Odoo ERP system is a plus.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage & oversee daily operations, schedules, and records for HQ and state hubs, covering Food Bank and Empowerment programs.
Schedule volunteers/trainees for Food Bank and Empowerment programs.
Support training and community outreach activities.
Monitor and report on all food collection and delivery activities
Track and report on donations and materials.
Assist with budget tracking, invoices, and donation records.
Maintain program records and prepare reports.
Ensure adherence to policies and local regulations.
Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned
