Job Description:

To plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, counseling, pay and conditions, contracts, training and development, succession planning, moral and motivation, culture and attitude development, performance appraisal and quality management issues)
To liaise with relevant government authorities on matters pertaining to HR & industrial relations
To ensure accurate and prompt payroll administration
To liaise with other functional/departmental head so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development
To assist in the planning and organizing training of employees, maintain contact with outside resources for training
To maintain open and effective feedback channels among the various working department
To prepare/review employment letter included LOA, appraisal form, confirmation, promotion, transfer, memo, show cause or any other letter
To in charge/assist/involve in staff welfare activities
Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counselling employees and supervisors
Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs
Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings
Job Requirement:

Possess a Bachelor degree in HRM / Business studies or any related field
Proven working experience as HR with some managerial skills or other HR similar role
People oriented and results driven
Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Experience in performance management will be added advantage
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
