Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in kitchen appliances or bathroom accessories.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with accounting software for managing sales transactions and inventory.
Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base and team.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Strong understanding of retail operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and improve showroom performance.
Familiarity with local market trends and customer preferences in Kuala Lumpur.
Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of the retail showroom, including sales, customer service, visual merchandising, and inventory management, ensuring a consistently high standard of operation.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability, analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Manage and motivate a team of sales associates, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
Maintain a visually appealing and engaging showroom environment, ensuring that products are displayed effectively and that the showroom is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize stockouts, while also managing inventory shrinkage and loss prevention.
Prepare and analyze sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management on showroom performance and areas for improvement.
