Job Description

Requirements
-Minimum Education: SPM, O-Level, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
-No experience required - training will be provided
-Experience in F&B or retail is an advantage
-Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
-Good communication skills, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn
-Interest in bubble tea and a team-player

Responsibilities
-Store Operations Management: Oversee daily operations including staff scheduling, material management, and inventory monitoring to ensure smooth store functioning. Supervise beverage production processes to maintain product quality and consistency.
-Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage employees. Create work schedules, allocate shifts efficiently, and ensure punctual attendance. Motivate staff, resolve internal conflicts, and foster team efficiency and a positive work environment.
-Customer Service Management: Monitor and enhance customer service standards to ensure exceptional service delivery. Address customer complaints and feedback promptly to maintain the store's reputation.
-Sales & Performance Management: Analyze sales data, develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Track daily/weekly/monthly sales performance, set targets, and ensure achievement of business goals.
-Inventory & Cost Control: Monitor stock levels to ensure adequate but non-excessive supplies, minimizing waste. Control procurement costs and operational expenses to maximize profitability.
-Hygiene & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards. Supervise staff compliance with hygiene protocols, conduct regular equipment/environmental inspections, and address food safety issues to protect brand reputation.
-Promotions & Marketing: Participate in store marketing initiatives. Plan and execute promotional campaigns to boost brand visibility and sales. Adjust products/services based on market and customer insights.
-Financial Management: Manage cashier operations and financial record-keeping, ensuring accuracy across all payment methods. Conduct regular fund audits to maintain clear accounting records aligned with actuals.
-Reporting & Communication: Report operational status, financials, and sales performance to superiors. Liaise with suppliers, headquarters, and other departments.
