Job Description

Requirements
-Possess a Bachelor's Degree in any field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for this entry-level position.
-Demonstrate proficiency in Retail Management, with a focus on optimizing store operations and visual merchandising to enhance the customer experience.
-Exhibit exceptional Customer Service skills, capable of building rapport with customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
-Apply Sales Management techniques to drive sales performance, achieve targets, and implement strategies to increase revenue generation within the store.
-Manage Inventory effectively, including monitoring stock levels, conducting regular audits, and implementing measures to minimize losses and optimize stock turnover.
-Provide Team Leadership by motivating and guiding a team of retail staff, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
-Communicate fluently in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively interact with a diverse customer base and team members.

Responsibilities
-Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
-Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and building lasting customer relationships.
-Manage and motivate a team of retail staff, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback to achieve sales targets and maintain high morale.
-Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to create an appealing and engaging shopping environment.
-Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment and minimize stockouts.
-Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
-Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations, loss prevention measures, and cash handling protocols.
