Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1.Operational Framework & Platform Management
-Assist in establishing the infrastructure for pension administration.
-Design, implement, and manage the operational framework for the ePension digital platform.
-Oversee daily operations, ensuring workflow processes are efficient and effective.
2.Process Management & Compliance
-Ensure all operational activities are aligned with relevant regulations, guidelines, internal SOPs, and SLAs.
- Understand and follow the entire transaction cycle, including Registration, Enrollment, Data Modification, Contribution, Payment, Termination, Transfer, Investment, Claim, Document Management, and Inquiries.
-Regularly verify submitted documents for completeness and compliance with applicable standards.
-Collaborate with both external and internal project owners and stakeholders to guarantee the delivery of high-quality results.
3.Data Accuracy & Issue Resolution
-Accurately input transaction applications and ensure data entered into the system is complete and correct.
-Investigate and resolve discrepancies, issues, or failed transactions in collaboration with relevant teams.
-Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system functionality, identify defects, and ensure proper follow-up.
4.Team Leadership & Coaching
-Provide guidance and coaching to team members, especially on technical skills, to maintain high service quality.
-Regularly update the team on performance goals, achievements, and individual contributions.
-Able to propose and use a structured approaches to solve complex problems efficiently, share reusable best practices across teams.
5.Performance Monitoring
-Monitor and track process productivity to ensure SLAs are consistently met.
-Ensure the team consistently delivers high-quality service by maintaining adherence to established SLAs.
Requirements:
-At least 3 years of experience in operations is required.
-Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document verification.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-Willingness to adapt and learn in dynamic and transitional environment.
-Process diploma or degree in Finance, Banking, Investment, Mathematics, Statistics, IT, or any related field.
-Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin/Cantonese to effectively communicate with Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking internal or external parties.
-Willingness to work on Malaysia public holidays, following the Hong Kong public holiday schedule.
-5.5-day work week: Monday to Friday (full day) and Saturdays (half day).
-100% work in office. Able to work on shift arrangement.
