Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in posting job openings and managing recruitment channels (e.g., job posting website / social media platform).
- Support in screening resumes and conducting initial candidate interviews to assess job fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates to ensure a smooth interview process.
- Help gather and analyze recruitment data, preparing reports to optimize hiring strategies.
- Assist in organizing recruitment events and employee referral programs.
- Maintain and update the talent pool to ensure candidate information is accurate and current.


Key Requirements:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A strong interest in recruitment, talent management, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and team members.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in design and editing tools such as Canva, as well as experience with Microsoft Word and Google Sheets.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Mandarin.
