Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide excellent service.
- Ensure consistency in drink quality, presentation, and taste.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and café area.
- Refill supplies, restock ingredients, and monitor inventory levels.
- Handle cash and operate POS systems accurately.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist in opening and closing duties as scheduled.
- Support teammates to ensure smooth daily café operations.
